I'm Dora Iranyi, the founder of 𝟰𝗗𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 a Leadership Consultancy.
I created an additional line of business, 𝙁𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙨  in response to my experience working with hundreds of women in many different corporations.

I realized that women have different needs and require a distinguished approach to navigate successfully, become confident, and be highly skilled in the workplace.

𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀, designed exclusively for female employees, covering topics such as:

- 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 3-step method to build long-lasting confidence that will habilitate women to pursue their career goals. Teaching techniques on combatting frequent rumination, worrying, self-doubting, and taking actions

- 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: The female and male biology, and brain, are very different which determine our behavior, relationships, energy level, and stress response. Every single woman should acquire comprehensive knowledge of their body and learn specific techniques to work at an optimal level. As result, they will have increased energy levels, feel less pressure to be perfect, and be more skilled to deal with stress while at the same time enjoying work

- 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽: Enabling women to lead authentically, not mirroring typically male behaviors and supporting them to reach C-level positions. Teaching leadership techniques and skills to create and maintain high-performing and engaging teams.
