Jonathan Thelen currently serves as Group CFO at DADDY KATE, where responsibilities include financial strategy development, cash flow forecasting, and ESG reporting. As the founder of Financial Tree for Companies, Jonathan provides opportunities for business growth by establishing sustainable financial organizations. In addition, Jonathan holds several positions, including Finance a.i. at RAIDA/CEC and Aspiravi, and is a founding member of NXT, which connects diverse investors in entrepreneurship. Jonathan also contributes as a board member and CFO a.i. for Femma and engages with the Voka Chamber of Commerce East Flanders as a member of the CFO learning network. Previous roles include Finance Director for Belgium at TIS and office director at Fintro and Belfius Regio Aalst, focusing on relationship banking and team leadership. Jonathan completed a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Insurance from HOGENT and received additional training from Vlerick Business School in early 2024.
