The project FEMME-POWER is an individual initiative launched by Mr. Rohit Menon – Former Visa Officer who is also an entrepreneur engaged in multiple verticals of education and finance.

Mr. Menon is also a consultant trainer to many organization in Gurgaon. Mr. Menon aims to provide a better understanding and awareness of self defense aspects to empower the women of today considering the major prevailing issues in the society. Mr. Menon has conducted training at various schools, Housing societies and corporates such as Dream Girl Foundation (NGO), Smile Foundation (NGO),Concentrix India, Ernst & Young, Ericsson, ICG Medical, Ameriprise Financial, Hindustan Unilever Ltd etc.
