Femora is a Community Interest Company dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where women can reflect, connect and grow through honest conversations and shared experiences.
Founded by women, for women, Femora was created in response to the need for more open, meaningful dialogue around the challenges many women face in everyday life. From confidence and self-doubt to relationships, wellbeing and personal growth, Femora provides a platform where women can speak openly and feel heard without judgement.
Through initiatives such as Femora Support Circles, community campaigns, workshops and collaborative conversations, we bring women together to explore topics that matter and encourage personal development in a supportive environment. Our work is guided by the belief that when women feel seen, supported and understood, they are better equipped to move through life with confidence and self-awareness.
In addition to community discussions, Femora signposts women to relevant services and resources when additional support is needed, helping connect individuals with organisations that can provide specialised guidance.
At its core, Femora is about community, empowerment and collective growth — creating spaces where women can share their voices, support one another and celebrate their wins.
