Alberto Rodriguez

Alberto Rodriguez has over 17 years of experience in financial accounting and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Global Corporate Controller at FEMSA since June 2011, Alberto specializes in preparing reports for the SEC and CNBV and is actively involved in corporate finance projects such as mergers and acquisitions and capital allocation. Previous roles at FEMSA include Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager and Senior Executive of Financial Information, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Alberto’s career also includes auditing experience at Mazars Auditores and financial roles at Empresa Comercializadora de Morelos and Cuevas Diaz's Office. Alberto holds a Master's degree in Finance from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Autonoma del Estado de Morelos.
