Alejandro Gil Ortiz is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in international and operational legal matters. Currently serving as General Counsel and International Legal Director at FEMSA since December 2010, Alejandro has also held the position of Legal Manager for Operation and International Affairs at the same company. Previous roles include Gerente Legal Operaciones e Internacional at Cervecería Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma from March 2007 to November 2010 and Legal Manager of International Affairs at GRUMA. Earlier experience at GRUMA also includes a position as Legal Counsel for International matters. Alejandro holds an LL.M. in Law from Harvard Law School, an MBA from IPADE Business School, and an LL.B. in Law from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
