Armando Tapia

Armando Tapia serves as Coordinador de RR. HH. at FEMSA since August 2018, overseeing various human resources functions, including staff onboarding, union management, and disciplinary actions. In addition, Armando is responsible for recruitment and training initiatives, with a focus on organizational climate. Concurrently, Armando has been a Catedrático at Universidad México Americana del Norte since September 2022, teaching in the Psychology program, and previously held a similar teaching position at Universidad del Atlántico MX in 2021. From September 2012 to August 2018, Armando coordinated recruitment and selection at Transpais, applying competency-based interview techniques. Armando's academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Instituto Internacional de Estudios Superiores and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas.
