Rodrigo G. has extensive experience in the supply chain and logistics industry. Rodrigo is currently serving as the Global Director of Supply Chain Engineering at FEMSA since December 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Engineering for North America and Asia at XPO Logistics, Inc. starting from August 2020. Before joining XPO Logistics, they worked at Amazon as the Global Logistics Lead for the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific regions, starting in September 2019. Rodrigo G. spent a significant portion of their career at DHL, where they held various roles including Regional Director for the Americas at DHL Supply Chain from March 2006 to September 2019, and Global Application Portfolio Manager at DHL from September 2001 to February 2006. Rodrigo also gained experience at Volkswagen de México as a Trainer from August 1999 to August 2000.
Rodrigo G. holds a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Science with a triple major in Robotics & AI, Process Automation, and Control from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla. In 2023, Rodrigo also obtained an Advanced Specialization Certificate in Data Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
