Debbie Garner

Debbie Garner is the Co-CEO at FEMSelect. Debbie has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on market access and business development. Prior to their current role, Debbie served as the Vice President of Business Development at FEMSelect from October 2015 to February 2016.

Before joining FEMSelect, Debbie spent 3 years at Avalere Health as the EMEA Regional Director, where they assisted lifescience companies in gaining and maintaining global market access. Debbie also provided launch planning and product lifecycle advice to optimize market access for their clients.

From 2009 to 2012, Debbie worked as the Director of Account Management EMEA at iMDsoft, where they were responsible for developing and launching marketing campaigns, leading software implementations, and managing European distributor relationships.

From 2000 to 2009, Debbie worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a District Sales Manager. In their role, Debbie was responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and achieving yearly sales goals.

Debbie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Debbie Garner has an MBA in finance and international marketing from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in history and literature from Harvard University.
