From our own experiences, we know about the scarcity of mentoring for women and we found there were few programs that help to connect women with leading mentors. 
But we are convinced mentorship is essential for people at all stages of their lives to take the best decisions. Therefore, we aim to connect female mentees with female and male mentors to ask questions, get inspiring answers and grow further to write their own story. 

We offer a structured, well-rounded mentorship batch program for mentees and mentors to give and receive advice and get inspired, in order to empower the women decision-makers of tomorrow. 

We match mentors and mentees based on interests and profiles. Every mentor batch runs for four months and can be extended afterwards depending on the mentor/mentee individually.
