Alejandro Dev has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Alejandro began their career at Envirtual Comunicació Interactiva SL as a Web Developer, where they developed PHP+MySql and Flash applications and games specializing in 3D environments.

Alejandro then joined Capgemini as a Frontend Developer before moving on to gnuine, where they worked as a Frontend Developer, developing rich web interfaces for various companies and national institutions.

Alejandro then joined UserZoom as a Lead Frontend Developer, before transitioning to XING. At XING, they started as a Software Developer, contributing to a successful B2B application. Alejandro quickly became a core contributor to the backend code and helped create a new product in the B2B suite. Alejandro later moved on to become a Tech Lead and eventually a Team Lead Engineering, managing a team of seven and focusing on technical architecture and hiring.

After their time at XING, Alejandro worked at Derivco Sports as a Team Lead Engineering, where they improved communication, delivery cycles, and brought back trust from product owners. However, they later sought opportunities in industries aligned with their personal values and interest in sustainability and social responsibility.

Alejandro also had brief teaching and mentoring roles at Ironhack and is currently working as the Head of Engineering at femtasy, the first streaming platform for sensual audio stories for women. Their responsibilities include leading the engineering team and contributing to a big, impactful, and beautiful project with the mission to liberate pleasure and bring joy to millions of women worldwide.
