David Carter is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware design and consultancy. Currently serving as Head of Engineering and Hardware Design Authority at Fen Technology since June 2022, David has previously held consultancy roles at TTP plc and PA Consulting Group. With a strong background in hardware design, David was the Lead Hardware Design Engineer at nCipher Security and has worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence in various capacities, including Senior Electronic Engineer. David obtained a Master’s Degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford between 2003 and 2007.
