Steve Baker is an experienced leader in technology and product development, currently serving as Managing Director at both Wright Design Ltd and Fen Technology. With a strong background in innovation and wireless communications, Steve has a proven track record in driving product design and development from concept to manufacturing. Previous roles include significant positions at The Technology Partnership, where work focused on wireless communication innovations, and as Founder & Director of OpenET Alliance, facilitating cross-industry collaboration. Additional experience spans leadership roles at Caliburn Ventures, Sagentia Ltd, and Motorola Mobile Devices, alongside foundational engineering roles at TTPCom Ltd and Marconi Instruments Ltd. Steve holds both B.Eng. and M.Eng. degrees in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford.
