Emil Rudolph

Emil Rudolph currently serves as the Geotechnical Lead-National at Fenagh Engineering and Testing, overseeing geotechnical teams and managing a local testing laboratory while providing expert advice and quality reviews. Prior to this role, Emil worked at Atlas as the Technology Deployment Director and Director of Technical Organization, enhancing client project effectiveness through technological integration and organizing technical resources across national offices. Emil also held key positions at SCST, LLC as Vice President of Engineering & Construction Services and Director of Engineering Services, managing teams focused on geotechnical and environmental projects. Earlier experience includes roles at Ninyo & Moore as Principal Engineer, as well as positions in GIS development and engineering at multiple firms. Emil holds a BS in Geological Engineering from San Diego State University and the University of Arizona.
