Currently serving as a Senior Soil Inspector at Fenagh Engineering and Testing since June 2022, Mohsen previously held positions as a Registered Deputy Inspector in Grading for the City of Los Angeles at Universal Engineering Sciences, a Soil Special Inspector at United - Heider Inspection Group, and a Field Inspector at Geo Science Engineering Co. Mohsen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Chamran, earned between 1988 and 1993.
