John Slade

John Slade is a self-motivated college student leader currently serving as Vice President at Fence. They previously held positions as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley, Siebert Williams Shank, and Blueprint Capital Advisors LLC, and completed an internship at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. John is a graduate of Howard University, where they majored in Philosophy with a minor in Computer Science, achieving a 3.9 GPA. Passionate about social entrepreneurship, John founded the HBCU Farmers Market Initiative and created a Gap Year program called Hack Year to empower young people through coding in underprivileged areas.
