Mission

Fenci is the recruitment agency (Recruitmentbureau) for the technical industry that works with the client to find the optimal solution for filling the personnel organization. We do this by really immersing ourselves in the client, the client's market, the corporate culture and the ambition of the organization. Fenci's partners conduct the entire search themselves, nothing is outsourced. We identify with the client, have worked on the client side for decades ourselves, and look behind the resume and into the hearts of candidates. Fenci focuses on only a few discipline/market combinations and we are subject matter experts, we do not take on every assignment and only start when we are sure we can offer the client the best solution.

Vision

Fenci is the sparring partner and reliable colleague who, on the basis of long-term relationships, gives shape and substance to the personnel side of the organization together with clients from a local presence. Fenci is a solid partner within discipline/market combinations in Europe and even beyond.
