Caroline Shaw possesses extensive experience in client relations and customer development within prestigious fashion brands. Currently serving as Manager of Private Client Relations at Fendi since July 2021, Caroline previously held the role of Specialist in the same department. Prior to Fendi, Caroline worked at Coach as Assistant Manager of Omnichannel Customer Development and at Louis Vuitton as Client Relations Assistant. Earlier experiences include internships in public relations and digital marketing at Brian Communications and Hiccup NY - DRUM, respectively, as well as a social media and marketing internship at Mary K. Dougherty and Associates. Caroline began engagement in professional activities as an Alumni Volunteer at The Lawrenceville School. Caroline holds a degree from Trinity College-Hartford, completed between 2014 and 2018, and attended The Lawrenceville School from 2010 to 2014.
