Dora Gallo

Dora Gallo has extensive experience in internal communication, employee engagement, and recruitment, with a current focus as the WW Internal Communication & Employees Events Manager at Fendi since March 2014. In this role, Dora is responsible for enhancing global employee engagement strategies and implementing innovative phygital campaigns. Previous positions at Fendi include roles as Recruiting, Employer Branding & Talent Development Manager and Specialist, where responsibilities included advising hiring managers and contributing to employer branding efforts. Prior to Fendi, Dora worked as a Recruiting Officer at Page Personnel and held various positions in office management and client account support in earlier career stages. Dora holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from GEMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
