Francesca Ceci

Francesca Ceci has extensive experience in information systems and technology, currently serving in the IS&T Department at Fendi since June 2012. Francesca is responsible for user support across 33 Fendi Group companies, specifically focusing on SAP XI and SAP Retail systems, addressing technical issues, and monitoring daily system interfaces. Additionally, Francesca has gained knowledge in Penthao for data exchange between various systems. Prior to Fendi, Francesca worked as an Analyst Programmer at Accenture Technology Solutions from September 2007 to May 2012, where responsibilities included optimizing back office processes and developing reports using Business Object for the client TIM. Francesca holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma.
