Solutions Architect at Fenergo

Liam Mycroft has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Liam started their career in 2006 as a Barman at Lillies Bordello, where they maintained a clean and safe work environment, worked in a team to ensure high levels of service, and handled a high volume of cash and credit card transactions.

In 2008, Liam moved on to CPL Integrated Services, where they took on multiple roles. As a Coach, they provided training and mentoring to Technical Support Analysts, and served as the technical lead on a knowledge transfer project. Liam later became a Team Lead, responsible for overseeing a team of 17 people and reporting on their performance. As a BPE Technical Analyst, they ensured constant uptime and development of internal systems using the .NET Framework and SQL Server.

Liam then worked as a Tutor at Liam Mycroft, providing ASP.NET MVC tutoring services to college students. Liam assisted with project layout and validating the approach taken within the framework.

In 2014, Liam joined Fenergo as a Customer Support Engineer, providing support to clients. Liam later became a Technical Lead, responsible for leading technical aspects of projects. In 2017, they were promoted to Technical Manager, overseeing the Client Operations teams and acting as the line manager for all technical employees.

Liam's most recent role is as a Solutions Architect at Fenergo since July 2019, where they utilize their technical expertise to design solutions for clients.

Liam Mycroft attended the National College of Ireland from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Higher Certificate in Science in Computing, Applications and Support. Afterwards, from 2011 to 2013, they studied at the same institution and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing.
