Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1991. Tom began their career as an Analyst/Programmer at Norwich Union Software Services and then moved on to various positions, including Analyst Programmer at Electronic Data Systems, Systems Analyst at John Hancock Financial Services, and Consultant at Renaissance Solutions. In 1999, Tom joined eWare as an Implementation Manager and later became a Product Manager. Tom continued their career as a Product Manager at Accpac International before joining Sage in 2004 as the Director of Product Management for Sage CRM. At Sage, they held multiple roles, including Head of Strategic Account Management, Head of Sage CRM On-Premise, and Head of Market Enablement for Sage CRM. Tom's most recent position is as a Product Owner at Fenergo, where they are responsible for the Corporate and Institutional Banking - Customer Lifecycle Management product.

Tom Nolan completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree, specializing in Business and Management Information Systems, from University College Dublin from 1986 to 1989. Tom then pursued a Master of Management Science degree from the same institution, which they completed in 1991. In 2014, they attended the Irish Management Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation.
