William Ledwith has extensive work experience in the finance and technology industry. William started their career at RBC Investor Services in 2005 as an Income Administrator. William then worked as a Business Analyst, Product Development at RBC Investor Services from May 2011 to April 2013, where they brought expert knowledge in entitlements and tax while analyzing solution documentation and building and executing test cases.

Later, from April 2013 to August 2015, Ledwith joined RBC Investor & Treasury Services as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on strategic enhancements to the Investor Services Online Client Web Portal. William played multiple roles in this position, including BA, PM, and QA, where they were responsible for refining scope, requirement gathering and documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading user acceptance testing.

In August 2015, Ledwith joined CPP Investment Board as a Senior Analyst. William'smain responsibilities included consolidating cash payment workflow processes and endpoints across the organization. William developed a strategy to pivot the existing requirements base into a more dynamic form for an RFP and collaborated with IT and business stakeholders to design an RFP process that scored vendor responses against core requirements.

In 2018, Ledwith moved to Fenergo as a Product Consultant. William later became a Senior Product Owner, focused on building the future of Fenergo's FenX product. William collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to design optimal product solutions and address client problems.

Throughout their career, Ledwith has demonstrated a strong advocacy for process improvement and has been involved in introducing an iterative requirements methodology in their teams. William has also shown flexibility in traveling for work, having executed tests in various international locations.

William Ledwith completed a Business Analysis Certificate Program at IIL in 2013. In 2010, they earned a Master Certificate of Business Analysis from the Schulich School of Business - York University. William also obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from PRINCE2 in March 2008.
