Brendan McNulty

Brendan oversees Fengate’s Infrastructure Finance team responsible for reporting, financial planning and analysis, valuations, debt, treasury and other finance related activities. Brendan works closely with the commercial asset management, legal and investment teams on asset and portfolio optimization strategies and infrastructure projects across various asset classes.

Prior to joining Fengate, Brendan was the associate director of finance at Apleona Inc. (Asset Management) responsible for project finance, financial modelling, valuations and finance processes for infrastructure projects under management. Previously Brendan was a member of the infrastructure advisory team at Grant Thornton LLP.

Brendan is a CFA charterholder, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University.
