Chris Dynes possesses extensive experience in the development sector, having held multiple positions at Capital Developments, including Vice President of Development from 2022 and previously serving as Director and Manager of Development from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, Chris Dynes worked as a Development Associate at Minto Communities from 2015 to 2018. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph, attained in April 2015.
