David Luder

David participates in all areas of the investment process within Fengate Private Equity. Notable prior transactions include eStruxture Data Centers and the York Group of Companies.

Prior to joining Fengate in 2017, David worked in the investment banking division of CIBC Capital Markets in Toronto. At CIBC, he was involved in a variety of mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions for financial sponsors and corporate clients across a variety of industries. Prior to CIBC, David worked in the global metals and mining group of BMO Capital Markets.

David earned his Honours Business Administration with Distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
