Dan Reaser is a seasoned gaming and regulatory attorney with over three decades of experience in government relations and regulatory law. Reaser has represented clients in the commercial gaming industry, financial services, and utility sectors, focusing on transactions, compliance, and licensing before administrative agencies. From 2015, Reaser has served as Director and Chair of the Gaming and Hospitality Practice at Fennemore Craig, P.C., and also holds the position of General Counsel at Greater Nevada Credit Union. Prior to private practice, Reaser was Chief Deputy Attorney General in Nevada, representing various state agencies, including the Nevada Gaming Commission and the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Reaser holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Cal State Fullerton and a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
