Penny Smith has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Litigation & Practice Support Analyst at Fennemore Craig, P.C. since May 2019, and previously as a Litigation Support Specialist at the same firm since June 2008. Prior roles include Certified Paralegal positions at Mann, Berens & Wisner, LLP from April 2006 to April 2008, and at Low & Childers, PC from November 2004 to April 2006. Penny began a career in the legal profession as a Certified Paralegal at Kutak Rock from August 1996 to March 2004. Penny holds an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from the Academy of Business, earned from 1994 to 1996.
