Peter Smith

Peter Smith is a Director at Fennemore Craig, PC, with over 20 years of experience in real estate law, business law, mining law, and litigation, currently presenting cases before the Idaho Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. They were previously an attorney at Smith + Malek, PLLC and Lukins & Annis, P.S. Peter is an alumnus of Walla Walla University and Pepperdine University School of Law. Active in their community, they serve on the board of North Idaho College Foundation, Inc., and are a member of Coeur d’Alene Sunrise Rotary and the Idaho State Bar Real Property Law Section. Recognized as North Idaho Business Journal's 2011 ‘North Idaho's Best Lawyer,’ Peter enjoys the outdoors in their home state of Idaho.
