Anne Beard

Anne Beard possesses extensive experience in forestry and vegetation management, having held significant positions in various organizations. As President and Executive Committee Member of the Utility Arborist Association from August 2012 to August 2013, Anne demonstrated leadership skills. Current roles include serving on the Board of Trustees for the TREE Fund since January 2025 and as Associate Director of Vegetation Management and Wildfire at Filsinger Energy Partners since April 2023. Previous roles include Division Forester at Public Service Company of Oklahoma, Supervisor of Regional Forestry at American Electric Power, and Manager of System Forester at Public Service Company of New Mexico. Anne also contributed to the International Society of Arboriculture as President of the Board of Directors and was a member of the ISA Certification Test Committee. Anne's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.
