Peter Pavao, P.E. currently serves as Director at Filsinger Energy Partners since March 2025. Previously, Peter held multiple managerial positions at San Diego Gas & Electric from March 2011 to July 2025, including District Manager, where responsibility included overseeing a team of up to 110 employees and managing an annual O&M budget of $6M. Peter also has experience in labor relations, operations management, budget management, and technical analysis, contributing to significant reliability improvements and fire risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, Peter served as Vice Chairman of the Board for Meals on Wheels San Diego County and taught Electrical Theory at San Diego City College. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Diego State University and an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
