Thibault Guyader is currently the Responsable du bureau d'études Voie & Génie Civil at FER-PLAY, where they lead projects in civil engineering and railway studies. Previously, they held positions as Chargé d'études/affaires at SYSTRA and Responsable du bureau d’études at OFFROY. Thibault began their career as a Manœuvre at Eurovia and later worked as an Agent de maîtrise in maintenance for RATP Group. They completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Bâtiment & travaux publics from CESI and a Licence professionnelle in infrastructures ferroviaires from IUT de Cergy-Pontoise. Thibault also holds a DUT in Génie Civil et Construction Durable from Université Le Havre Normandie.
