FERGUS & TOMANKA, PLLC’s Mission is to create a legal atmosphere where clients are active participants in their own legal affairs. We provide clients with transparent, creative and result-oriented legal representation that emphasizes client involvement and communication.

We are redefining the legal experience for our clients by striving for higher client communication, client participation, and client satisfaction standards. Our husband and wife legal team aims to break the negative stereotype most clients are used to and redefine the legal experience. We help our clients understand their legal rights and their legal situation because we treat them as an actively engaged team member. At Fergus & Tomanka, PLLC were all on the same team. This gives our clients the peace of mind to know their family and/or business is being well cared for during a distressing time.

ABOUT US
FERGUS & TOMANKA, PLLC is a husband and wife attorney team in Abilene. Married in 2016, Taylor and Martin have worked together at Fergus & Fergus, LLP Martin’s father’s law firm, for the last two years and are ready to make the leap from life partners to business partners.
