Fermat Labs builds next-generation Electronic Design Automation (EDA) systems designed to master the scaling complexity of modern silicon design.

As advanced nodes push development costs to unprecedented levels, hardware verification has become the single most resource-intensive phase, now consuming up to 70% of total chip development cycles. Fermat Labs addresses this friction by introducing a continuous, autonomous software loop that automates pre-silicon verification and logic validation prior to physical prototyping.

Our engineering philosophy rests on three non-negotiable pillars:

- Cross-Vendor Integration: An agnostic horizontal software layer that seamlessly integrates with all existing third-party EDA tools.
- Sovereign European Stack: Conceptualized, engineered, and maintained entirely in France to ensure true technological independence.
- Absolute IP Sovereignty: A platform executing 100% On-Premise within secure client infrastructures, ensuring zero source code or intellectual property ever leaves the company.

We are streamlining complex workflows, slashing time-to-market, and driving the semiconductor industry toward full process automation.

Proudly headquartered in France.
