Principal engineer Steve Holmes, PE, brings 20+ years of hands-on experience across capital project delivery, process engineering, environmental compliance, and construction management.

Services include:
- Capital Project Delivery: project management from concept through commissioning, RFP development, contractor selection, budget and schedule control; 
- Construction Management: resident engineer services, installation oversight, contractor coordination, and vertical startup support; 
- Process Engineering: process design (PFDs, P&IDs, mass balance), equipment selection, line balancing, and utilities infrastructure; 
- CPG & Food Manufacturing: fermentation systems, specialty process systems, packaging lines, food safety (GMP, HACCP, FSMA), and allergen control; and
- Environmental Engineering: regulatory compliance, permitting, wastewater pre-treatment, process water treatment, indoor air, OSHA compliance, and environmental risk management
