Adeline Lapendrie is the current Process Development Manager at Fermentalg. Adeline has over five years of experience in the biotechnology and food industries.

Lapendrie started their career as an engineer in the research and development department of ENILV in October 2009. Adeline was responsible for developing fermentation processes for the production of cheese and optimizing culture media. Adeline also oversaw the scale-up of laboratory fermenters to a pilot fermenter. In addition, Lapendrie was in charge of setting up quality control plans and HACCP procedures.

In their role as project manager, Lapendrie has worked with various dairy and food companies on the development and industrialization of new products. Adeline has also assisted businesses as an expert technical consultant in various OPTI'reseaux and PTR programs.

Lapendrie is constantly keeping up with new technology and scientific advancements in their field through their work in the research and development department at Fermentalg.

Adeline Lapendrie started their educational career by obtaining a Master 2 in Sciences des aliments from Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand. Adeline then went on to obtain a Diplôme d’ingénieur in Génie Biologique; agroalimentaire from Polytech Clermont. Finally, they obtained a Diplôme Universitaire Technologique in Génie Biologique; ABB from IUT.

Their manager is Philippe Lavielle, Chairman & CEO. Adeline Lapendrie works with Bertrand Devillers - Chief Financial Officer, Sonia Da Rocha Gomes - R&D Production Director, and Marc Matoussowsky - Director Functional Lipids Unit.
