Enguerrand Abt

Enguerrand Abt is currently the Regional Sales Manager at Fermentis by Lesaffre. They hold a MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, where they focused on the use of non-Saccharomyces yeasts in the production of low-alcohol and alcohol-free beers for their thesis. Enguerrand has gained practical experience in brewing at establishments such as Brique House Brewery and La Brasserie du Goulot, where they were involved in fermentation and recipe creation. Additionally, they have worked in various finance and management roles, including positions as an assistant in client accounting and management control.
