I’m passionate about providing peace of mind to small business owners by supporting with all their HR needs allowing them more time to focus on growing their business.📈

With no in-house HR support and a business to run it can feel overwhelming to try and focus on all the people related requirements of your business.
Do you…
🌱know you need to remain fully compliant with employment law but have the day job to focus on?
🌱know that in a competitive labour market you need to work on attracting, developing and retaining good people but don’t know where to start?
🌱have growth plans for your business but unsure what people processes to put in place to best support these goals?
🌱feel frustrated that you’ve never found the dedicated, pragmatic support from a trusted HR partner who cuts through HR jargon and provides clear & practical solutions?

Why not make life easier and partner with an expert?

I understand your challenges as a small business owner (I started and grew my career in a successful Tech start up). With 20 years of HR expertise in the professional, technical & scientific sectors I can help by:
✨ensuring compliance with practical policies & procedures
✨resolving employment issues
✨improving the experience for your new hires
✨enhancing performance & development of your people
✨improving engagement & retention so you keep the best talent
✨providing 1:1 coaching for you and your managers to lead with more confidence and purpose.

As a certified coach I can support you and your managers to overcome self-limitations such as self-doubt and fear which could be holding you back from being the leader you aspire to be.

I’m here to support your business growth journey by providing the expert support and guidance you need on an ad-hoc or ongoing basis.

Being a small business owner doesn’t mean you have to juggle it all. Let's chat! 📩
