Randi Risman

Randi Risman has had a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Randi recently held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Nth Degree, where they contributed to the growth and success of the event marketing company. Randi then joined Fern Expo, a company that specializes in in-person event and experiential marketing, as Vice President, People & Culture. Prior to these roles, Randi worked as the Human Resources Director of North America at NPSG Global, where they played a crucial role in delivering e-fulfillment warehouse implementation services. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Director at GPS TrackIt, a software development company providing fleet management solutions. Randi also worked as the Human Resources Director at Century Fire Protection, overseeing HR activities for over 1100 employees across multiple states. Earlier in their career, Randi held the position of Human Resources Manager at WEG Electric Corp., where they provided strategic human resource services. Randi started their HR career as a Human Resources Representative/HR Consultant at National Service Industries/Atlantic Envelope Company, supporting corporate offices and field HR Managers. Additionally, Randi gained experience working at Motorola, Inc., where they served as a Project Manager and Technical Writer and Requirements Analyst in the Global Software Group. Randi's extensive work experience also includes founding and operating their own business, Progressive Writing, as a technical writing consultant to companies in various industries.

Randi Risman has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Randi also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Writing and Editing from Carnegie Mellon University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certificates in various fields.

In 2015, Randi Risman received a Business Leadership Certificate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. The following year, in 2016, they obtained a certification in Account Management from Kennesaw State University. Randi also received a certificate in Understanding Business Innovation from the same institution in 2016.

In 2012, Randi Risman completed the High Potentials Leadership Program Certificate at Harvard Business School. Randi also earned a Business Strategy Certificate from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2011. Furthermore, they obtained an Advanced Leadership Certificate from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009.
