Fern & Roby designs and builds high-end audio products in Richmond, Virginia, and helps clients put together audio systems they can enjoy for years to come.

Our products include loudspeakers, turntables, amplifiers, and audio furniture. We also represent a select group of audio manufacturers whose products we use, trust, and demonstrate in our listening room, bringing together analog, digital, and streaming sources within complete systems.

We sit somewhere between manufacturer, dealer, and system builder. Many of the conversations that start in our listening room aren't really about a particular product. They're about listening, comparing, asking questions, and gradually building confidence in a direction that feels right over the long term.

Our listening room sits just steps away from our design studio and manufacturing spaces. We move back and forth between them every day, and that proximity helps shape our perspective. It's not unusual for a listening session to turn into a conversation about materials, construction, or design.

We believe the best audio systems are the ones that continue to feel rewarding long after the novelty wears off.

Designed and built in Richmond, Virginia. Our listening room is open by appointment.
