In the journey of life, I hope to be the gentle hand that supports and guides you towards the best version of yourself. When times are tough, together, we'll find the light ahead. Let's build a story of hope.

I'm a trained hypnotherapist, having spent over 5 years mastering the art of clinical hypnotherapy. I've honed my skills at the prestigious London College of Hypnosis and the renowned HypnoTC. Besides, I'm well-versed in EMDR and NLP, holding memberships in various respected organisations like the Complementary Natural Healthcare Council.

At Fernleaf Hypnotherapy, my focus is on offering therapy that's tailored just for you. I provide a confidential, compassionate space, ensuring you feel cared for every step of the way. Whether you're seeking a moment of relaxation or support with deeper concerns like stress, anxiety or pain, my aim is to work alongside you, understanding your goals and helping you tap into your inner resilience.

A lot of modern health and behavioural challenges, such as anxiety or even habits like comfort eating, stem from stress. With over 25 years in the business world, I've seen firsthand the pressures many face in our busy lives. My dedication to health and wellness goes beyond individual sessions; I've worked with groups and even led wellness workshops at the Heart of Kent Hospice, offering insight and support to both patients and carers.

As the wise Gandhi once said, "Your thoughts shape your destiny." Let's work together to shape a destiny that resonates with your dreams.
