Michael Ruehs

Michael Ruehs has a diverse work experience spanning from the German military to logistics and tech companies. Michael has held positions such as Business Development Manager at FERNRIDE, where they implemented end-to-end solutions for electric and autonomous trucking; and Key Account Manager & Business Development at DSV, where they managed accounts and developed new business opportunities. Prior to these roles, they worked in various positions in purchasing, quality coordination, and supplier quality engineering for organizations such as Bosch, Schmitz Cargobull AG, and IMS Gear SE & Co. KGaA.

Michael Ruehs has a Master of Science degree in Management and Innovation from the Technical University of Munich. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University. Further, they spent a semester studying Management Science and Economics at Tongji University. Additionally, they obtained a specialist certification in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Transportation from Berufliche Schule für Spedition, Logistik & Verkehr Hamburg. Ruehs has also received several additional certifications, including one in Pricing from MIT Sloan School of Management and one as a "Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung" from Handelskammer Hamburg.
