Joy Arager

Joy Arager is an experienced National Account Manager with a robust background in the foodservice industry. Currently serving Ferrara since April 2021, Joy focuses on developing strategic partnerships with top national commercial chains. Prior to this role, Joy was a National Account Manager at Diversified Foods and Seasonings, LLC, where the emphasis was on creating innovative menu offerings. Previous experience includes managing product placement and development for Kellogg Company's commercial line, interfacing with decision-makers at top national accounts. Joy also contributed to the Dr Pepper Snapple Group as a National Account Executive and Regional Sales Manager, where significant revenue growth was driven through effective client management and strategic planning. Joy's career began at The Ranch at Steamboat as Director of Sales, overseeing all sales operations.
