Kyle Castner

Kyle Castner is currently the Director of FP&A at Ferrara Candy Company, where they lead financial reporting, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking for the Sales Department. Previously, they held various roles in finance, including Director of Revenue Growth Management at Lactalis Heritage Dairy and Manager of Revenue Management at The Kraft Heinz Company. Kyle has also worked as an Analyst at Stout Risius Ross and held supervisory and fellow positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and have earlier experience in customer service and camp counseling.
