Wayne Blythe, Certified Culinary Scientist, is a culinary expert and consultant with extensive experience in food science and product development. As the owner of Culinary Science Consulting since July 2022, Wayne focuses on elevating food businesses through proven leadership and innovative product strategies. Wayne currently serves as Corporate Executive Chef at Ferrara since September 2022 and has previously held significant roles such as Chief Culinary Officer at Top Shelf Canada and Director of Culinary at Weston Foods. With a background leading R&D and product development for Tim Hortons, Wayne has successfully managed the launch of numerous menu items across thousands of locations. Educational qualifications include a Food Science degree from the University of Guelph and a B.Sc from the University of Windsor.
