Luca Dusini is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in vehicle dynamics and material development. Currently serving as Innovation Manager and previously as Material Development Manager at Ferrari since February 2020, Luca has held various responsibilities including seats development and trims performance, along with component integration management. Prior experience includes a tenure at Maserati from November 2013 to February 2020, where Luca was responsible for vehicle dynamics testing and simulation, guiding engineering teams, and managing high-performance platform developments. Earlier roles at Fiat Auto and Centro Ricerche Fiat contributed to expertise in vehicle dynamics, ride comfort, and simulation analysis. Luca possesses a mechanical engineering degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a scientific maturity diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
