Whitney Sand

Whitney Sand is a skilled Human Resource Business Partner at Ferrellgas, with a focus on aligning business objectives with a strategic people strategy. Since April 2019, Whitney has effectively collaborated across the HR function to provide value-added services to both management and employees. Previously, Whitney served as a Talent Acquisition Partner, driving recruiting activities and fostering relationships with hiring managers. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Target from June 2012 to April 2019, including Executive Team Lead Logistics, Executive Team Leader Human Resource, and Executive Team Lead Assets Protection. Whitney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Store Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, obtained in 2013, and attended Northwest Missouri State University from 2009 to 2010.
