Anthony B.

Anthony B. has extensive experience in IT service management and operations, currently serving as the Director of IT Service Management for North America at Ferrero since February 2024. Prior to this role, Anthony held positions in operations at IMTT from August 2023 to February 2024, and as Head of Application Development at Vertican Technologies, Inc. from March 2022 to April 2023. From February 2018 to March 2022, Anthony was the Network Operations Center and Unified Communications and Collaboration Manager at TenFour. A significant portion of Anthony's career was spent at Tiffany & Co. from 2000 to 2017, progressing from Project Leader in Network Services to Director of IT Service and Support. Earlier experience includes serving as Network Administrator/Support Manager at Kepner-Tregoe from 1997 to 2000.
