Beth Kotran

Beth Kotran is a General Counsel with over 25 years of in-house legal experience in the global consumer-packaged goods industry, with a focus on the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as General Counsel for Ferrero North America since 2016, Beth manages the legal function for the business across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. Previously, Beth held significant roles at Cadbury Adams USA LLC and managed the legal department for Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. Additionally, Beth is a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women into leadership positions, and is pursuing legal education at Penn State Dickinson Law.
