Chloe

Chloe Ma is currently an HRBP at Ferrero, where they focus on talent acquisition and management. Previously, Chloe worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Greater China at Mondelēz International, where they initiated hiring strategies and conducted end-to-end recruitment across various functions. They also gained valuable experience as a consultant at Hudson and Michael Page, specializing in sales recruitment within the consumer goods industry. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management and Communication from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
